Brennan Killingsworth

Mr. Brennan Killingsworth (Mr. K.) is in his second year at Forbes Middle School, in Georgetown ISD. This is his 21st year of teaching band.  Mr. Killingsworth was the head band director of Benold Middle School, the assistant director of bands at Belton High School and most recently he was director of bands at Ford Middle School in Allen, Texas.  His responsibilities include teaching the Symphonic Band, beginning brass classes (trumpet, horn, trombone, euphonium, and tuba), and assisting Mrs. Fullerton with the Honors Wind Ensemble.  Mr. K also serves as the Forbes Middle School Fine Arts Department Chair.

Mr. K holds a Bachelor of Music Degree from Southwest Texas State University and a Masters of Education from Lamar University.

His professional affiliations include the Texas Music Educators Association, the Texas Bandmasters Association, Texas Music Adjudicators Association.
