The annual Scott & White Physicals will take place on Saturday, May 16, 2015 @ 8:00am at the Scott & White Clinic in Round Rock behind the outlet mall. The cost is $20. The physicals are open to all athletes, and all fine arts, JROTC, and HST students who will be in 7th-12th grade in the 2015-2016 school year. High school students may sign up in the EVHS training room before school with Marissa or Cody Boling. Middle school students may sign up with their middle school athletic coordinators or in the EVHS training room before school. The spots fill up quickly, so please sign up as soon as possible. The last day to sign up will be Friday, May 8, 2015. You must preregister to have the physical done, no walk ups will be allowed, and there will be no refunds once payment has been submitted.

The GISD Athletics Department is offering a summer wrestling camp for boys and girls in grades 6 -12. Camp will be held July 6-8 from 8 a.m. to noon in the EVHS Wrestling Room. Registration is $75. To sign up online, go to http://www.georgetownisd.org/athletic_camps
Georgetown ISD will hold a public meeting at 6 p.m. on Monday, June 29 to discuss the school district’s budget and determine the tax rate that will be adopted. The meeting will be held at the Georgetown ISD Administration Building located at 603 Lakeway Drive.
In March, the Georgetown ISD Board of Trustees authorized a Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) to evaluate facility and equipment needs across the district and to recommend possible solutions.
