    Immunization Requirements, Policy, and Resources
     
    All new students enrolling at Tippit Middle School will need to provide an immunization record for review by the School Nurse to ensure compliance of Texas immunization requirements. Current Tippit Middle School students that are delinquent on required vaccines must present documentation of required vaccines for review by the School Nurse prior to starting classes or they will not be allowed to receive a schedule. Texas State Law and Georgetown ISD Board Policy require documentation of immunizations include the month, date, and year the vaccine was received. 

    PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER SCHEDULE - Please call individual offices for appointments or further information about Health District services. A parent or legal guardian must accompany minor children (less than 18 yrs. old) for immunizations.

    Medical Exemptions

    Students requiring a medical exemption from a mandated vaccine must provide a written statement from a physician at the time of registration.
     
    Consciences exemptions
