    The Georgetown High School Student Council is an a group of elected and volunteer students working together with an adult advisor, within the framework of the Constitution of the Georgetown High School Student Council, to provide a means for student expression, give assistance in school affairs and activities, provide opportunities for student experience in leadership, and encourage student/faculty/community relations.
     
    The mission of the Georgetown High School Student Council is to develop a united, friendly, and cooperative relationship amongst the members of our student body, our faculty, and our community; while promoting equality without regard to sex, race, creed, or religion; fostering democracy, citizenship; and inspiring loyalty and school spirit.
