The East View High School Percussion program comprises the percussion section of the EVHS "Patriot" Band in all its incarnations, including the EVHS Drumline, the EVHS Percussion Ensemble, and the Wind Ensemble and Symphonic Band percussion sections. In its short history the EVHS Percussion program has achieved a high level of success:
- 2011 3A Champions, Dripping Springs Drumline Contest
- 2011 High Percussion (3A), Westlake Marching Contest, Vista Ridge Marching Contest
- 4A All-State Band member: Andrew Denham
