    1. Why would I need to visit the School Webpage?
    Carver's Webpage contains information that many parents, students and family might like to see.
    You can locate teacher websites, student academic links, location and information, upcoming events and dates,
    set up online lunch accounts, view student grades & Carver Specials information, photos and much more.
    Contact information for teams and individual teachers is also listed.
    Mealtime accounts, library databases and links for Parent Connect are also posted.
    2. What do I do if I can't find the information I am looking for?
    If you can not locate desired information easily, you can phone the front desk,
    the teacher or request that the information be added via email.
    Teacher contact information can be found under the Faculty & Staff button.
    General school information can be located on the Home page or under About Our School or Maps buttons.
    3. When will I know my child's teacher for the upcoming school year?
    Class list postings will be up the week before school on meet your teacher night.
    Dates will be posted later in the summer. Other important dates can be found on the GISD Calendar page.
    4. What kind of programs and support services are available
    to students, at Carver Elementary?

    There are several support services available to children in grades Pre-K through 2nd grade.

    5. What is the proper chain of command if I have a question,
    problem or concern?
    There are several people here at the school that can help you out.
    Your first contact should always be your child's classroom teacher.
    After that, the office staff can help you with additional questions or information that your teacher may not have.
    The campus principal is always willing to dicuss your student with you and our counselor is available as well.
    Please always remember that we are here to help your child be a successful learner. We always appreciate parental support and input.
