MSTAR Universal Screener

  • The Middle-School Students in Texas: Algebra Ready (MSTAR) program is designed to increase the preparedness of middle school students to meet standards and pass assessments in Algebra I.
The MSTAR Universal Screener is an assessment that can be administered in grades 5-8 and allows teachers to identify students who are at-risk for not meeting passing requirements on the Algebra I End-of-Course (EOC) exam.
