• heart Human Anatomy and Physiology is a one-year course designed for college-bound students who desire to develop an understanding and appreciation of the human body.  Students will learn the structures, functions, and regulation of human body systems through a variety of strategies.
    This course is an elective science course and dissection plays an important role in the study and understanding of Human Anatomy and Physiology.  Therefore, dissections are required; no alternative assignments will be arranged.  Dissections to be included in this course may include: brain, heart, kidney, rat, and cat.
