Over the past few years Annie Purl PTA has enabled the school to purchase picnic tables, playground equipment, scholastic news, school supplies, other classroom curriculum, and more. Thank you for your support and helping to make Annie Purl a better place for our children. PTA membership also provides you with the added benefits of discounts at a variety of businesses, such as La Quinta Hotels, Schlitterbahn, Seaworld, Fiesta Texas, and Barnes and Noble. Please become a PTA member and volunteer to help out at school. One hour of your time would make a world of difference.

There are four program periods: a) January 1 through March 31; b) April 1 through June 30; c) July 1 through September 30; and d) October 1 through December 31. Five percent of qualifying student school supply purchases (computers, all technology including personal digital assistants [PDA's], all furniture items and furniture accessories, some bulk packaged products, ink and toner cartridges, Gift Cards and purchases made to contract business accounts are not qualifying purchases) made during each program period will be tallied under the name of each school designated by our customers. At the end of each program period, the total credits tallied per school will be offered to that school in the form of an Office Depot® Merchandise Card for its use toward the purchase of any products or services from any Office Depot® store. Office Depot Merchandise Cards can be used at OD stores, as well as online at www.officedepot.com and over the phone at 1-800-GO-DEPOT. Credits are only effective once the offer is accepted. Credits will be issued 60 days after the end of each program period and will be valid for 120 days after the date of issuance. Credits will not be offered to schools with less than $10.00 in tallied credits per program period. See your local Office Depot® store for a list of qualifying products. Office Depot® will honor up to $10 million in total credits to the designated schools that opt to participate. Unaccepted/declined credits immediately expire and are void. Limited to Pre-K-12th grade.

You can recycle at our campus. Did you  know that we earn money for paper dropped off at our green and yellow  ”Paper Retriever “ bin? This is an easy way for you to recycle your paper and help us raise money for projects like playgrounds, landscaping, books, and other worthwhile activities.

The more we recycle, the more we raise. Some schools make only a few dollars a month while more successful programs make thousands of dollars a year!

Please remember to bring your paper and drop it in the “Paper Retriever” which is located on the left front side of the school.

 Acceptable recyclable materials include: Newspapers, magazines,  catalogs, office/school papers and mail.

We are pleased to announce that Annie Purl Elementary is now participating in the Upromise® Schools Program - an exciting new fundraising program from Upromise®, the free service that helps parents save for college.
