The French colonized the country of Guinea in 1900.

The French did provide food, but when they moved out the people of Guinea had to make their own food. Usually now in days the people live in the country and farm out there.

            They hurt them a lot.

It did because they weren’t getting good educations like other people in Europe.

There was a guy named Touré who tried to vote against France. The plan worked because they became an independent state in 1958. France took every thing that was theirs away from Guinea

France later boycotted Guinea. This made Guinea very poor and short on supplies.

Today people in Guinea have very poor health conditions.
