The girl’s choir will be performing Wednesday morning for the Veterans Day program.  Instead of having the girls wear their formal dresses, they have elected to dress nice (Sunday’s Best) for the concert, and then change back into comfortable clothes after the program concludes.  Please help them to pick out something appropriate for this occasion.

We will be having a final warm-up and run through beginning at 8:10 in the choir room Wednesday morning.  If at all possible, have your child here by then.  I understand students that are bus riders may arrive later, and I have instructed bus riders to report to the choir room the minute they arrive.

The Veterans Day programs at BMS are usually very stirring, respectful and many times emotional.  I hope that you can find it in your schedule to come and watch the performing arts students at BMS honor the tireless work of our outstanding Veterans.

Thank you

Patrick Mann

All Region Choir Information

Parents,

Below is a schedule of events for Saturday’s All Region Choir (ARC). The concert is free and open to the public and your entire family and friends are welcome.

There are several things you need to be made aware of:
1. We are getting lunch from Applebees, and I need your child’s order and payment by Thursday. No need to include tax, but please include a small amount for tip.
2. The kids need to wear their choir shirts during the day, but will change into their formal uniforms. Girls need to have pantyhose, and black dress shoes. Boys need to have black pants, socks and shoes. The rest of their uniform is provided by me. They can store their uniforms in the practice rooms listed below.
3. Students should bring their choir folder, a bottle of water and two sharpened pencils.
4. Items will be for sale in the lobby of the PAC prior to and after the concert. You may purchase a CD of the concert, T-Shirts with your child’s name, or a region plaque. Of course these things are not free, but I believe they take checks and some take credit cards.
5. You are responsible for your child’s transportation home from the concert.
