Congratulations to Laura Schweitzer for making the All-Region Band!

Find a goal to achieve during each practice session.  Whether it's memorizing a scale, working on your fingerings on a chromatic scale, or perhaps improving your range (both upper and lower), your "quality practice time" will give you the extra confidence you will want to have as a performer. The most important aspect of you playing your instrument is to have fun doing it!  As you are improving your musical skills, you are gaining confidence, and with confidence comes a greater enjoyment of making music.  Isn't that why you joined band in the first place?!
