A BRIEF HISTORY OF ZIMBABWE
In 1890 Zimbabwe was colonized by Britain, in search for gold mines and farm lands.
Britain wanted farm land and gold mines. They brutally fought for what they wanted. They attacked the Ndebele Kingdom and took there cattle and took all of the best land.
They became independent in April 1980 which provided safe territory for the guerrilla armies and refugee camps.
