IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PHYSICALS

Parents:  Your son will be sent home with information regarding the Physical for Athletics through Scott and White along with information regarding a Heart Screen through Seaton Medical Center.  Every Student-Athlete is Required by Law to have a valid Physical on official UIL paperwork BEFORE they are allowed to practice or play any Secondary (Grades 7-12) Sports.  This physical will meet these requirements.  Please get the paperwork back as soon as possible as our allotted spaces are limited.  Should you have any questions, call Mr. Hennessey or Ms. Opperhall at 943-5000/ext.7200.  DO NOT CALL SCOTT & WHITE.

Physical Information-

• Saturday May 16th.. 8:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.

• Scott & White Hospital (Round Rock)

• Cost: $15

Heart Screen Information-

• Saturday April 25th.  8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

• Seaton Medical Center-Williamson (Round Rock)

• Cost: Free ($15 Donation Requested)
