Download and complete the forms in the registration packet for
your child's 2007-2008 grade level:
6th

Bring your child to New Student
Registration at Benold on the following dates at the following
times: 6th Grade
August 8, 2007 - 9AM - 1 PM
7th Grade
August 9, 2007
- 9AM - 12 PM
8th Grade
August 9, 2007
- 1PM - 4PM |

To expedite the registration process, please
bring the following items with you when you come to Benold to
register your child:
- The forms from the appropriate registration packet, filled
out as completely as possible
- Driver's license or photo ID for parent/guardian
registering student
- Student's social security card
- Student's birth certificate
- Student's current immunization record signed by a physician
- Proof of residency in the Benold attendance zone, such as a
utility bill or rental contract agreement
- Copies of your child's school records, such as most recent
report card or standardized test scores (these are not necessary,
but are very helpful if you have them)
