FIND IT AT THE LIBRARY!!

    February 1-5 is Love Your Libraries Week. G.I.S.D. libraries join with Georgetown Public Library to promote the combined services available to all students. Campus librarians are giving students bookmarks encouraging them to visit the Public Library at 402 West 8th Street to receive a FREE student library card. Parents must be present to sign the forms.

   The Teen Board of Georgetown Public Library sponsors an open game night for teens ages 13-18. The next two are Friday, February 26 and Friday, March 26 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Public Library. Featured for the evening are Nintendo, Wii, PS3, Guitar Hero, ddr, as well as a variety of board games. Sodas and snacks provided.

    Also coming up this month is a Valentine's Day Crafts and Food, Saturday, February 13 from 3:00-4:00 p.m. The Animanga Club meets from 3-4:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 27 and Saturday, March 20. Next month watch for MarioKart Day on Saturday, March 6.
