1. Why would I need to visit the School Webpage?

• Carver's Webpage contains information that many parents, students and family might like to see.  You can locate teacher websites, student academic links, location and information, upcoming events and dates, Carver Specials information, photos and much more. 

• Contact information for teams and individual teachers is also listed. 

• Mealtime accounts, library databases and links for Parent Connect are also posted.

2.  What do I do if I can't find the information I am looking for?

• If you can not locate desired information easily, you can phone the front desk, the teacher or request that the information be added via email.  Teacher contact information can be found under the Faculty & Staff button.  General school information can be located on the Home page or under About Our School or Maps buttons.

3.  Why do Teacher's Pages look so different?

• Individual teachers are required to maintain their own web pages with current events, dates, lessons and general information concerning their classrooms, policies and procedures.  If your child's teacher does not have the items you are looking for, please contact the teacher directly.

4.  When will I know my child's teacher for the upcoming school year?

• Class list postings will be up the week before school on meet your teacher night.  Dates will be posted later in the summer.  Other important dates can be found on the GISD Calendar page.

5.  What kind of programs and support services are available to students at Carver Elementary?

• There are several support services available to children in grades Pre-K through 2nd grade.  Please view the Support Services link to find the programs you are looking for.
