Mrs. Henry became the principal in the 2004-2005 school year. She has over 25 years of experience in education, including 2 years as the assistant principal at Williams Elementary, 2 years as the assistant principal at Village Elementary, and 18 years of teaching experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education, The University of Texas at Austin, and a Master's in Education/Education Administration from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
Mrs.
Cathy Hord The majority of Mrs. Hord's undergraduate hours are from the University of Texas at Austin. However, her bachelor's degree is from Tarleton State University in Stephenville. She also received a master's degree in elementary education from Tarleton in 1978. Mrs. Hord's principal certification was earned from Texas State University at San Marcos. She was a classroom teacher for 27 years teaching at the elementary level mostly with GISD. Her leadership at Carver began in the 2004-2005 school year. |
