E-Example 4.2.2 Investigating the Concepts of Triangle and Properties of Polygons

For those of you wanting to make play doh like we used for our moving plate models, here is the recipe:

Mix:    2 C flour

            1 C salt

            4 teaspoons cream of tartar                                

            4 tablespoons of cooking oil

Add:    2 cups water and mix well

Cook over medium heat ,stirring until mixture forms a ball
