Before and After School Services
ESE operates after-school programs at all nine Georgetown Elementary Schools. Center schedules are flexible and offer activities and enrichments that are accommodating to all children. Snacks are provided each day by GISD's Nutrition Services.
Daily Schedule:
2:00 - 2:15 Pre K attendance
3:00 - 3:15 K-5th Grade attendance
3:15 - 3:30 Snack Time
3:30 - 6:30 Activity Centers (see below)
Activity Centers:
Each campus offers a variety of activity centers in order to accommodate the needs and interests of all ESE participants. For more details on specific activities available on a week to week basis, please contact the individual ESE campus supervisor.

All ESE campuses are able to utilize school cafeterias, gymnasiums, and playground facilities in order to provide the best possible experience for all participants.
2008 - 2009 Registration

Please complete the Before/After School Enrollment Packet for each child who is registering.

Enrollment forms must be submitted with Registration Fee in order for your child to be registered. Registration fee is non-refundable .

Enrollment forms and Registration Fee must be submitted to the ESE Office located at Annie Purl Elementary, Portable #55.

Please allow two full business days before your child's start date.
Registration Fee:
$40/1 child; $50/2 children; $60/3 or more children

Tuition is due on the 1st working day of each month during the school year.

A $30 late fee will be assessed (per child) on the 5th working day of each month.

If tuition and late fee are not received, the child will be withdrawn at the end of that 5th working day.

Alternative arrangements for tuition must be made through the ESE office before the 5th working day.

Reimbursements for tuition will occur only when requested and approved by the director.

ESE does not send out a monthly statement.

Post dated checks are not accepted.
Financial Assistance
To request financial assistance parent must complete and submit the Scholarship Assistance Application to the ESE Office. As part of the qualification process, all parents must also apply for CCMS (Child Care Management Services). For more information on CCMS visit their website at www.ruralcapitalworkforce.com. Limited funding is available and each request will be reviewed on an individual basis. Contact Candace Montgomery at the ESE office for availability and more information.
Student Holiday Services
ESE offers full day care (6:30 AM to 6:30 PM) when school is closed due to teacher in-service, or teacher work days. All programs are held at Annie Purl Elementary, unless otherwise noted and require an additional fee of $26 per day.
Please note the following:

Payment is required by the deadline on the registration signup sheet found at each campus.

Payment has to be made before the child is officially registered.

Payment is non-refundable and nontransferable.

A minimum of 45 registered children is required for ESE to provide care for a specific day.

Field trip notification is posted at each campus at least 48 hours before each trip. All trips require written notification. GISD provides all transportation.
Full Day Care will be provided on the following days during the 2008-2009 school year.
