What is the historical slave trade?

It was an exchange of kidnapped Africans to be sold for slavery, in exchange for other goods.

What makes the historical slave trade important in Africa?

It makes Africa's history and how there way of life is different from when it was back then.

Why was the historical slave trade a problem in Africa?

It was unfair and cruel to Africans.

How did the government play a role in the historical slave trade?

In this event the African government was not considered, because the Africans were thought of as animals not real people.

What was the global reaction to the historical slave trade?

Many European nations were interested in Africa, not just the slaves but the new raw materials which changed the Industrial Revolution.

How would you attempt to solve this problem?

I would to to persuade Europeans that the slave trade was wrong.
