In the case of Sierra Leone the United Nations had to send over peace troops to the country and caused fighting in 2000. the fights caused hundreds of thousands of people to run and hide in neighboring countries.

I would correct this by convincing the government to become a republic so the people have some power on what they think is right and wrong.
