Welcome to my home page!  I am the nurse here at Forbes Middle School

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduated in 2005 from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor
  • Registered Nurse
  • CPR certified
  • Hearing and Vision Screening Certified
  • This is my first year at GISD
  • Previously I have worked at Scott and White Hospital for two years

Do your kids need Flu Shots?

I have a limited supply, so act fast. Bring them in, and fill out the paperwork.

  •  Only for Children ages 3-18 years old.

  •   Primarily for children who are under or uninsured, on Medicaid, on CHIP, is American Indian, or Alaskan Native, have no insurance, or cannot afford the co-pay or deductible set forth by your insurance.

  •  I am available to give shots 9:00am to 3:00pm everyday. But please e-mail or call me ahead of time that you are coming.
