What did this person do that was important to Africa.

He ruled a country named Uganda from 1971-1979.
He was a dictator, officer, and became president for life.
He was a terrible ruler because he killed about 300,000 people in Uganda.
He praised to Adolf Hitler for killing the Jews.
He also overthrew Uganda's government.

Idi Amin took the money from the people he ordered to kill and gave it to the solders that were loyal to him.
The military gave him a new place in the military as Dictator in Uganda.

Idi Amin killed the people just to get there money so that he can become more powerful.

What could be/or was done to help Idi Amin.

He got exiled from Uganda.
When he was exiled from Uganda he went to settle there but couldn't.
So he went and settled in Sundi Arabia.
Idi Amin lasted there a couple of years and died there in August 16, 2003.
Idi Amin was cruel just like Aldof Hitler.

What is my personal opinion about Idi Amin? How do I react and feel about Idi Amin?
I think Idi Amin was a harsh person because I would not dare to kill a living thing.
I think prasing to a person who killed people Should be ashamed of there self.
People should care about each other not killing each other.
that was a really smart thing to do to exile Idi Amin from Uganda.
I think that if we killed someone from his family he might like it, maybe even if we killed his mother.
But still people should be treated with respect not with vilonce.
