What does Drought mean? What is the definition of Drought?

It means a lack or zincification amount of rain for an extended period of time.
people find water by digging enormous holes in the ground until they reach the level of water.
When browsing for water it takes up time because the water is filling with dirt and it can become dirty and full of disgusting things.
I think that Drought is a bad thing in Africa Because if a Drought occurs lots of people can die and we don't need that.
That is the definition of Drought or meaning of Drought.

Why is Drought important in Africa?

Drought is important in Africa because if a drought occurs people in Africa would die. Also people would have to find water by themselves.
The way Africans would find water is by digging holes and wasting 15 or 20 minutes trying to find water in holes.

Why is Drought a issue or Problem in Africa?

Drought is a problem in Africa because people can run out of water and die.
If people in Africa run out of water they might have to take care of them selves and their own needs.
People take care of their own needs by digging enormous holes and wasting hours trying to get water by themselves.
Also if a Drought occurs the plants in Africa would die and people in Africa would die because without eating you have no energy.
That is my reason that Drought is a problem or issue in Africa.

How does Drought affect the people who live in Africa?

Drought affects the people who live in Africa by the water they need and the food the need to eat.
The reason I said the water they drink is because without water the Africans would die and more and more Africans would die.
The reason I said the food they need to eat is because without water the plant life would die and the Africans would be without any food.
Also it affects the people in Africa by washing their clothes and without washing their clothes they will stink.
That is my reason I think Drought affects the people who live in Africa.
