What does Diamond trade mean? What is the definition or description of Diamond Trade ?

It means that goods from other countries are being traded for Diamonds.
Like Africa trading diamonds for weapons.
Like Africa trading diamonds for weapons with the USA .
The actual definition is imported goods in other countries that are traded for diamonds.
The Africans are basically giving millions and millions of dollars worth diamonds for guns you could get of the street.

Why is diamond trade important in Africa ?
It is important because Diamond mining is one of the highest paid businesses in Africa.
Also Diamonds are one of the highest paid resources in the world.
Also Africa Trades diamonds for imported goods like food spices and alcohol.
It also helps American jewelry stores sell diamonds.
The worlds trade in diamonds is multi million dollar industry.

Why is Diamond trade a problem or a issue in Africa.

It is a problem for four major reasons .
One reason is rebels are trading weapons for diamonds to try to overthrow the government.
Some Weapons there trading for are guns bombs and grenades.
We were basically giving guns to African terrorists all because we were greedy.
The diamond trade industry made more money a year than some Fortune 500 Companies.
Also if the rebels overthrow the government they could attack us.

How does Diamond Trade effect some parts of Africa.

It effects some parts of Africa a lot because there are battles going on in there own town.
Also if the rebels take over the hole south African border could be taken over.
Even if the rebels couldn't over throw the government Towns would be destroyed and soldiers would need treatment .
Plus all the lives that are lost to dieses would just deplete the population.
And the soil would not be useable from all the residue and powder from the grenades.

What can be done to help the problem of diamond trade. What is being done to correct Diamond Trade?
I think that we can stop sending weapons to these Terrorists and start sending some doctors to help with all the sick Africans.
Also we should try keep other countries from doing it.
We aren't sending weapons but were still not sending enough doctors.
I think we could try to help the government because they haven't tried to do anything to us.
And we don't know what the rebels would do with all that power.

What is my personal opinion of Diamond Trade How do I react and feel.

My reaction is shocked that these Diamond companies actually traded guns with these African Terrorists.
I think it was stupid it was probably one of the stupidest things the US has ever done.
I feel sad for the people in Africa during the battles, because we helped these terrorists.
The US should have sent doctors instead of diamonds.
And I think we should have helped the African government.
