What does Deforestation mean? What is the definition or description of deforestation?

Deforestation means to take away.
The definition of deforestation is commercial logging and the expansion of agriculture have damaged or wiped out.
It is kind of braking down.
It is also kind of taking away.
Also it is kind of wiping out.

Why is deforestation important in Africa?

Deforestation is important to Africa because people need water to feed they're crops.
They also need it to take baths and showers.
They need deforestation to drink.
They also need deforestation to cook with.

Why is deforestation a problem or issue in Africa?
