• Apartheid means separateness, apartness, or segregation.
• The definition is: The policy of racial segregation and discrimination against non-whites in South Africa.
• My description of apartheid in Africa is: I describe apartheid as a big change in Africa.

Why is apartheid important in Africa?

• because it separates Africans from the white people.
• it also keeps the Africans away and out of the whites way.
• And it prejudice.
