What does Apartheid mean? What is the definition or description Apartheid?

Apartheid- Africa the state or a strict racial segregation and discrimination against nonwhites practiced in South Africa.

Why was Apartheid important in Africa?

It wasn't important because it was feared. Daniel Malan officially included the policy of Apartheid. People who opposed it where doing the right thing. Whites thought that blacks were unimportant because of their color. Many people were cruel, but some were nice enough to except it and move on.

Why is Apartheid a problem or issue in Africa?

It was a terrible thing. The white people that had came were strangers, but they insisted to order Africans around. Black Kings sold their own people found Apartheid bad/wrong. It still occurs in some form in peoples minds. It was unfair and rude.

How did Apartheid effect the people in Africa?
It ruined their lives. I think that were discussed by the rule being they weren't as good as whites. Some blacks strived for authority, but others dealt with it. They couldn't do anything about it or their lives would be ruined. Some were happy that they were not slaves and others didn't care.

What does the world (not Africa) think about Apartheid? What is the global reaction to Apartheid?
