Dear Parents,
I am pleased to be your student's
sixth grade social studies teacher. Forbes is a great school, and I am
happy to work with such outstanding faculty, staff, and administrators. I
look forward to the learning opportunities we will have during the school year.
To help with parent communication, I will compile a parent e-mail list
with contact information that parents give me.
If you would like to be included in the parent e-mails, please
send me an e-mail, and I
will add your name to the list. The e-mail should include your name, your
student's name, and class period. The class update e-mails will remind parents of upcoming
tests, projects, and other pertinent social studies information. There are times
that students will need a parent signature on their work, to help keep you aware
of what we are doing in social studies, as well as keep track of current grades.
