Know the Rules - you will need to learn the basic rules in order participate in matches.

                Guidelines for Successful Participation

  • Be prepared for both warm and cool weather.  We WILL be outside as

          long as the weather permits.

  • Listen carefully.  When coach talks, you listen.

  • Follow directions.  If you don’t understand, ask questions.

  • Demonstrate proper court etiquette.

Practice Rules

  • You must wear practice clothes (T- shirt, shorts, or sweats); court shoes, and socks.
  • If you are unable to practice due to injury or illness you must have a note from a parent /guardian or doctor.  An alternative assignment may be assigned.  Doctor’s note required if injury results in more than two days.
  • Injuries that occur in class must be reported to the teacher.

  • Keep your things locked in your locker. Not on the floor or on top of the lockers.
  • Pick up after yourself.
