·       The water shutoffs are necessary to tie-in the new waterlines to the existing water transmission mains and fire lines at various locations along the project.

·       All water shutoffs will be done at night from 10:00PM until 5:00AM

·       The water tie-ins will be performed in 2 phases.

·       Phase 1 will be on January 11 (with January 12 as a weather back up date), customers will be without water or have low water pressure.  Neighborhoods that will be affected by the Phase 1 water tie-ins are the areas of: Woodland Park, Lakewood Drive North and South, Jim Hogg north and south, Casa Loma (circle), Sedro Lane, Olde Oak, and Penny Lane to Wildwood.

·       Phase 2 will be on January 13(with January 14 as a weather back up date), customers will be without water or have low water pressure.  Neighborhoods that will be affected by the Phase 2 water tie-ins are the areas of:  Woodland Park west, 4T Ranch Road, Meadow Drive, Timberhorse Drive, Arrowhead Road, Graystone, Ridgewood East Cove, Oakland, Cherry Ann Cove, and Ridgewood Cove

·       Chisholm Trail SUD will be sending out notification to the customers affected as well.

·       Weather that would prevent the work from being done are freezing temperatures and/or rain.

·       We are working to get all of the work done well within the time allotted.

General Notes:

·       Verizon, Suddenlink, and PEC have not completed their utility relocation and are still affecting road construction in various locations.  Efforts are being made to work around these conflicts to keep the roadway construction progressing.

·       Work on the east end of the project is scheduled to begin when a second dirt crew is added to the project on January 18th.

Utility Update:

·       PEC - is substantially complete. PEC is currently working to set the remaining poles.  Waiting for Verizon.
