Ms. Armstrong This is
my 5th year to teach. I grew up in Lubbock, Tx and decided I wanted to know
what trees looked like. I moved to Georgetown, about 11 years ago, to attend
Southwestern University. I was fortunate enough to do my student teaching at
Frost. Needless to say I have been here ever since. Upon graduating from SU,
I got married to Joe and we now have a beautiful daughter, Keilah. We are
soon expecting our second child in May.

Ms. Cadena
This is my second
year teaching and my first year at Frost Elementary. I graduated in May
2004 from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi with a degree in Bilingual
Education. I am originally from Del Rio, TX, (Border with Acuna, Coah.) and
was raised on both sides of the border. I am the oldest of three children.
My sister Jacky is 9,my brother Albert is 19. I have a cat named Meow-Meow
and a Fiancée named Jon. |

Ms. Griffith
I have been teaching 24 years. 21 of those years have been in 1st
grade in Georgetown. I graduated from Sam Houston State University
with a B.S. in Home Economics Education and then obtained my elementary
certification from Southwest Texas State University. I am married and have 2
sons. I love to read, watch sports and work in my yard.

Ms. Kreller This is my
first year at Frost!! My wonderful husband Scott, beautiful 2 year-old
daughter Jessica, and I moved to Georgetown from California last year. I was
born and raised in California and earned my Bachelor's in Communication
degree from San Diego State University. I also have my Master's in
Elementary Education, which I received earlier this year. I love spending
time with my family and friends, traveling, and eating great food!

Ms. Kuehn I have been
teaching for three years. I graduated from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi with a
degree in Bilingual Education. I enjoy hanging out with my family and
friends, dancing and traveling.

Ms. Ray I
began teaching after graduating from Southwest Texas State University (now
Texas State University) with at Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary
Education with specializations in history and science. I started my
teaching career in a first grade classroom in Georgetown and have taught
many first grade scholars through the years.

Ms. Schooling (pronounced school ing) I
was a teacher long before I was a Schooling! I have almost 20 years of
experience in teaching. My BSE is from the University of Arkansas. I
majored in Deaf Education and Elementary Education. My Masters Degree is
in Early Childhood and I earned that at the University of North Texas. I
love to include sign language in my teaching, so my classes always pick up
some signs and we enjoy using non-verbal communication in the hallways.
I have 2 daughters in GISD. I also have 3 dogs, a very old
cat, a hedgehog, and a fish. My favorite activity is scrapbooking.

Ms. Schovajsa
I was born and raised in the Panhandle of Oklahoma.
I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful children. I graduated from
Oklahoma State University. I have been teaching for 10 years. This is my
first year at Frost Elementary and I am very happy to be here! |

Ms. Stephenson This is my 20th year to teach. I taught Kindergarten for
13 years before I "graduated" to first grade. I am a graduate of The
University of Texas at Austin! I am certified to teach Kindergarten
through Eighth grade. I am very comfortable with teaching the primary
scholars! I am married to my sweet husband David; we recently celebrated
our 28th anniversary. We have two children: Tucker (23) and M'Lynn
(14). Who have a cat named Bevo and two "grandpups" named Nibbles and
Miller!
