About Our School

Frost Elementary is a PreK-2 primary school.  We are located at 711 Lakeway Drive. Students attend our sister school, McCoy Elementary, for grades 3-5.

Enrollment & Demographics

Frost serves over 500 students for the 2007-2008 school year.  Our population and demographics are posted on the district's demographics page.  To enroll at Frost Elementary, students must reside in the neighborhoods zoned for attendance at Frost.  Kindergarten Round-up is held each May, and New Student Registration is held in August prior to the start of school.  Students enrolling after the start of school may make an appointment with the campus registrar.  Student registration forms and enrollment information are posted in the district's Registration & Enrollment page.

School History

Frost Elementary was named for Jack Frost, who was the Superintendent of Georgetown Independent School District for 19 years, from 1969 through 1988. Frost  celebrated its 20th year of educating scholars at the end of 2007!
