Family: Mom and Dad: Larry and Doris Wolff reside on a farm in Round Top, Texas; Sister- Erin Feldmann is an Occupational Therapist and lives with her husband E.B. in San Marcos.
Time away from school is spent... I have a small farm in Elgin where I enjoy raising cattle, horses and white labrador retrievers. I love to run with my labs or spend an afternoon trail riding.
Coaching/Teaching Philosophy: Expect the very best from yourself and those around you. Give everything 100% or don't do it at all. Expect to be a winner-make winning a habit. Remember to be sportsmanlike, humble and fair to others. People may not remember all the great things you do, but they will remember the kind of person you are.

      While attending Pampa High School, Richardson competed in track.  She ran track for three years, and qualified for regional in the 100 meter hurdles.  Richardson also competed in basketball for Pampa High School.  She later played for Amarillo Junior College and Texas Tech University from 1980-1984.  Richardson received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in physical education and a minor in Health.  She was a graduate assistant coach for the lady raiders in 1985.  Richardson joined Coach Farney's staff in 1988 and for the last 18 years has also been the junior varsity basketball coach in basketball.
     Richardson's other responsibilities include  working with the middle school programs in the spring.  In 1999 Richardson was voted on by the NFICA committee as assistant coach of the year in the state of Texas and nationally.  Richardson's philosophy is based on a very solid foundation that can and must be adjusted to each team's specific talents.  Richardson believes in discipline, knowledge, fundamentals, team play, repetition, and patience. She believes that athletes learn by repetitive hard work.  It is important to instill in athletes the desire to do everything correctly--not to give up on something but to persevere until it is mastered.

Experience: Coached and taught 10 years at Georgetown High School. Currently head  boys cross country coach, teach 9th grade PE and assistant girls basketball coach.
