Experience

Mr. Fischer has been with the district since 1997, and has been the principal at the Georgetown Alternative Program since 2000. Prior to that, he was a special education teacher at the Williamson County Academy and the GAP. Other experience includes work as a special education teacher in Round Rock ISD from 1991-1997 at the GOALS Learning Center, and as a youth treatment specialist at the Woodland Hills Residential Treatment Center in Duluth, Minnesota from 1989-1991.

Interests
Mr. Fischer is married to Stephanie, a former special education teacher at McNeil High School in Round Rock ISD, and has two children: Emma, and Jackson. His hobbies include fishing, sports, playing cribbage, and spending time with his family.
