Dr. Abbe Boring Hired as New Superintendent
On Thursday, November 8, 2007, the Georgetown ISD Board of Trustees unanimously voted to hire Dr. Abbe Boring as Superintendent/CEO. Dr. Boring will begin in the district on January 2, 2008. Click below to read more about Dr. Boring and see pictures from her welcome to GISD.
