On behalf of
the student body and staff of Raye McCoy Elementary School many
thanks are extended to Mr. Mark Bobinger, Georgetown ISD School
Board Secretary.
Mr. Bobinger has
selflessly given of his time, energy and heart to improve the
schools in Georgetown for many years. We at McCoy Elementary applaud
the contribution and personal sacrifices done on behalf of all
school children and education professionals in Georgetown.
