Text Box: Things to consider: You CAN take either band/orchestra/choir and athletics after sixth grade. There are select school instruments available for rental. GISD will provide instruments for those students who qualify. Financial assistance is available from GISD for qualifying families to provide private lessons on an instrument for your child. Come to the Beginner Fair and speak with a staff member about your options!

    Saxophone, French Horn, Trumpet,

    Trombone, Euphonium, Tuba or

    Percussion.
