	December 1998: Bachelor of Education from the University of Texas in Austin (Specialization: Theater Arts)
	Hired by the Georgetown Independent School District at Williams Elementary School (Third Grade) in December 2003
	August 2000-May 2003--4th Grade Teacher in Round Rock at Round Rock Christian Academy
	January 1999-May 2000--4th Grade Teacher in the Manor Independent School District for Bluebonnet Trail Elementary

Personal Experience:

*Church-Children's Choir; Sunday School; Vacation Bible School; PTA; Homeroom Mom; Weekly Active Volunteer Work at Children's Elementary School; Big Sister to a Little Sister in the program Big Brother Big Sister of Austin (still best friends with her!) Christian School UIL judge and coach; Volleyball Assistant Coach; Mentor Connection with 8th Graders and 4th Graders-Mum Making Party for Homecoming Football Game.

This year I am so thrilled to be teaching a self-contained classroom. What this means is that I will be teaching all subjects to your child. (The student's will not switch teachers for other subjects). I will be your child's homeroom teacher for Language Arts (spelling, writing, phonics, etc) Reading, Social Studies, Math and Science.
