 | Daily Language Review
(DLR) - On Wednesdays and Thursdays, students are given a set of 4-5 items to
practice: editing, analogies, spelling, parts of speech, etc. |
| Journal - On Fridays
when a Zinger Quiz is not scheduled, students will be given a prompt to write
about. For example, "Who is your hero? Why is he/she your hero?"

Spelling
| Every Monday,
students are given their spelling list for the week. Students practice with
activities throughout the week, with a test on Friday. Each of the five
activities counts as 20% of their overall spelling grade. Click on the
