Content Mastery Content Mastery is used for students who need more individualized instruction. Students are allowed to go to Content Mastery for reteaching of a concept or additional instruction to supplement classroom instruction. These students are responsible for all of the Texas Elements of Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) for the class' particular subject area.
