In this chapter (4A), we learned about clothing, places you like to go, reviewed weather, reviewed seasons and reviewed colors. If you have NOT finished your muñeca and turned it in,  get it done NOW! It was worth 3 homework/class work grades! This week we are writing paragraphs about our muñecas due before Spring Break!

Welcome to the 9th grade! We're going to have a fantastic year filled with lots of fun!!!

• This is my FIRST year at GISD! I'm so excited to be here!
• I was previously a Spanish teacher at Manor High School in Manor, TX.

Here are our course objectives for Spanish 1:

• Students will become familiar with the culture and geography of the Spanish-speaking world.
• Students will listen, speak, read, and write in Spanish on a beginning to intermediate level using correct grammar.
• Students will prepare themselves for real world experiences using Spanish (mainly through the use of projects that involve speaking proficiency).
