Welcome to my home page!  I am a special education teacher at the Ninth Grade Campus. 

Education & Teaching Background:

bulletBachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a Minor in Special Education from Minot University and Eastern Montana College
bulletThis is my 21st year as a Special Education teacher.  I have taught at the Ninth Grade Campus for 10 years. The first two years I was the SOAR teacher at the NGC but have been teaching resource English and reading for the last eight years. I am also a co-teacher for English and geography classes.
bulletPrior to GISD, I  taught 11 years in Montana.  During that time I was the 7-12 special education resource room teacher.  I  have taught all levels of  resource math, including Life Skills, Pre-Algebra and Algebra, English, reading, Prevocational classes,  as well as, Geography, US History, Earth Science and Biology classes.
