Education & Teaching Background

  • I graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a BS degree in mathematics education.  I have a total of three years experience.  One in CT and two with Georgetown ISD.

Carnegie Algebra Curriculum

Carnegie Algebra is a combination of classroom led activities combined with the Cognitive Tutor Algebra I software. The classroom activities give students the opportunity to explore and learn with investigations designed to encourage collaborative problem solving. The Cognitive Tutor software on the other hand, gives students the opportunity to individually practice the skills they are learning in the classroom.
