13 November 2009 - Permission slips have gone out to interested runners. We are looking at beginning our running activities on Nov 30th. Join us! 10 September 2009 - I have 5 running club members that will be running with me at the Harvest Fest 5K. In an effort to ensure that they are ready for the run I have scheduled a workout this Saturday (Sept. 12) at 8:00 am at San Gabriel Park. You are welcomed to join us. 31 August 2009 - I will be running in the Harvest Fest 5K run scheduled Saturday October 3, 2009 at San Gabriel Park in Georgetown. I am inviting any and all to join me. I will be recruiting some kids from Pickett to run with me. Go to my Run Tex website link for more information and registration. Email me if you do. Welcome to the new school year 09/10. We look forward to building on the success we had last year with over 24 of our student/athletes participating in the Get GEORGETOWN FIT 5K run. I am in the process of recruiting for this year. We will start having fun work-outs as soon as the weather gets cooler probably Oct. Nov. time frame. By spring time we should be off and running. |
