Happy Thanksgiving!!!! About me: Welcome to my class website! My name is Jima Long and I am a 4th grade Reading teacher at Pickett Elementary. I attended Texas A&M University and graduated from Angelo State University with a degree in elementary education, a minor in history and a specialization in reading! I am also a certified GT teacher! I have been teaching for five years and have taught 1st and 4th grade. This will be my third year here at Pickett and I absolutely love this school! I have a wonderful son, Noah, who will be 4 on August 31st! I love to read, travel and spend time with my family!
