01/27/2012 -Third Calendar Added to Next Year Choices

Georgetown, Texas • January 27, 2012

A third calendar, calendar “C”, has been added to the choices being reviewed by administration for the Georgetown ISD 2012-2013 school. The new calendar is similar to calendar “B” with two changes:
  • December 21 has been changed from an Instructional Day to a Teacher In-Service/Work Day.
  • January 7 has been changed from a Teacher In-Service/Work to an Instructional Day.
  • The first semester now has 79 days instead of 80.
  • The second semester now has 96 days instead of 95.
