Georgetown, Texas • March 4, 2013

The Georgetown High School Lady Eagles claimed the UIL 4A State Championship on Saturday. The Lady Eagles defeated Dallas Lincoln 65-60. The state title was the first for Georgetown since the Lady Eagles won the Class 3A crown in 1979. The UIL championship also was the first for longtime Georgetown coach Rhonda Farney.
