Welcome to my home page!  This is currently a near-perfect example of a cookie-cutter page, but hopefully it will be getting more exciting in the near future! My name is Jimmy Murray, and I am a sixth grade math teacher at Tippit Middle School.

Education & Teaching Background:

  • I graduated Cum Laude from Texas A & M University with a B.A. in English Literature. (How I ended up teaching math is another story entirely...)
  • This is my second year teaching at Tippit.
  • I taught at Pearce Middle School in AISD, and before that I spent about 7-8 months teaching English in the cities of Beijing and Daqing, China.
